Strategy Consultant - Telecom/Communication Industry - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Job Summary:

Telecom industry is going through mergers and acquisitions. For Ericsson to Retain /gain market share in the merged entity, we need Strategy driver to prepare detailed integration and market share retain/gain plan circle wise/domain wise to be successful with the merged entity.

We are now looking for a Strategy Management resource to drive strategy for market share gain/retain in the merged entity, including the readiness of financial and business plan that can be taken to the customer.

Responsibilities:

- You will manage strategies

- Perform strategic analysis

- Manage strategic partnerships and alliances

- Create virtual team to prepare executable plan

- Drive new business development and innovation

Key Qualifications:

- Education: MBA or MTech from a Reputed Institute

- Atlesst 15-20 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting from the ICT / TMT industry or from Big 4 Consulting firms

- Domain experience: Management Consulting/ Strategic Consulting in Telecom/ Communication industry

- Five year's managerial (line or significant project) experience

- Relevant industry and products knowledge

- Relevant business and customer understanding

- Relevant organizational understanding and managerial network

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate to be able to work with Virtual teams in matrix structure capable of delivering timely results.
