Strategy Consultant - Sales Transformation - Consulting Firm - Contractual Role - IIM/IIT/ISB/FMS/XLRI/MDI

Our client, a global consulting firm, is working with a leading insurance firm in India. They are working on a sales force transformation project focused on driving higher productivity and growth for the agency sales channel of the insurer.

They are looking for someone with prior PMO experience in sales transformation projects or prior strategy consulting experience.

Below summarizes the responsibilities of the consultant:

1. Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying a project management framework for their effective delivery

2. Present findings and recommendations to the clients

3. Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance

4. Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk, and issue management)

5. Manage the overall module while working with the rest of the team

6. Effective communication and senior stakeholder management

An ideal candidate would have :

1. 2 to 8 years of experience in the consulting industry

2. A post-graduation degree from a top-tier university is mandatory

3. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 5 to 6-month contract. The selected consultant would be required to relocate to Delhi NCR.
