Strategy Consultant/Management Consultant - Consulting Firm - Contractual Role
- At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.
- Our client a Global Consulting Firm is currently working on a large media integration project. They are looking to onboard a consultant with extensive experience in the Human Resource (HR) domain, preferably someone with experience in organisation design, compensation plans.
- The consultant will be embedded into the project team and will be responsible for project managing various modules of the project.
The ideal consultant will have the following :
- Working knowledge and experience in designing and deploying strategic operating models, defining target organizational structure and designing compensation plans
- Ability to gather information through senior executive interviews, synthesizing inputs into the operating model design and ability to assimilate and represent information in a logical flow
- Ability and comfort to work effectively across all levels of an organization
Responsibilities :
- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying project management framework for their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out
- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk, and issue management)
Skills required :
- 3 to 9 years of experience in the HR domain
- A post-graduation degree from a top tier university is mandatory
- This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 6 months contract with the possibility of extension. The selected consultant would be required to travel or relocate to Mumbai for this project.
