Strategy Consultant/Management Consultant - Consulting Firm - Contractual Role
At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.
Our client a Global Consulting Firm is currently working on a large media integration project. They are looking to onboard a consultant with extensive experience in the Human Resource (HR) domain, preferably someone with experience in organisation design, compensation plans. The consultant will be embedded into the project team and will be responsible for project managing various modules of the project.
The ideal consultant will have the following:
- Working knowledge and experience in designing and deploying strategic operating models, defining target organizational structure and designing compensation plans
- Ability to gather information through senior executive interviews, synthesizing inputs into the operating model design and ability to assimilate and represent information in a logical flow
- Ability and comfort to work effectively across all levels of an organization
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying project management framework for their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out
- Effective governance and controls (reporting, budget, risk, and issue management)
Skills required:
- 3-9 years of experience in the HR domain
- A post-graduation degree from a top tier university is mandatory
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 6 months contract with the possibility of extension. The selected consultant would be required to travel or relocate to Mumbai for this project.
