MBA From a tier 1 institute only /Female Candidate/Top Management consulting/ Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore

- Experience in multiple stages of the merger and acquisition life cycle, specially focused on IT Due Diligence and IT Post Merger planning and/or execution experience

- Experience in technology strategy/advisory role in majority of the following areas: IT processes, governance, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, and cyber-security

- Understanding of technology architecture across application, data, infrastructure and integration and ability provide a point of view on reliability, vulnerability and scalability of IT environment

- Ability to identify gaps and risk associated with IT integration, IT maturity and IT enablement and provide recommendations risk mitigation in the M&A context

- Adept at financial analysis and reporting, market analysis, and gathering competitive intelligence, especially around M&A activity

- Joint Venture and Divestiture planning and execution experience is a bonus
