Strategy Consultant - Digital - CEO Office

ABOUT THE COMPANY :

We are recruiting for an award-winning, well-funded digital startup that is looking at hiring a strategy manager to work closely with the CEO in charting the new course for the company.

The role is based out of Gurgaon and reports directly to the CEO.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

- The core responsibility of the Strategy Manager will be to research, analyze and work on growth strategies for the organization. This will include gathering primary and secondary data, evaluating industry reports and coming-up with frameworks.

- Evaluate market-entry and growth opportunities in different markets.

- The Strategy Manager will be expected to work closely with internal teams to understand performance issues and key levers that can drive business growth.

- Keep abreast of the industry and competitive landscape and provide key takeaways to the leadership team.

- Build and maintain a knowledge repository of analyses and reports.

DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills along with the ability to understand business models in across different sectors.

- Should have had working experience as a strategy consultant at a consulting firm or within a strategy function at a corporate.

- Should be familiar with consulting frameworks, evaluation metrics, opportunity mapping, market entry strategies and data analysis.

- Should be familiar with Internet/eCommerce, tech-enabled startups and industry domains.

- Experience of co-founding or working at a start-up is a plus.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Ideally, a masters degree in business from a well recognized Indian or global institute along with a bachelors degree in any stream from a top Indian or global university.
