Strategy Consultant - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client is a top-tier global strategy consulting firm. They are working on a 360-degree transformation project for a leading private university in Udaipur, Rajasthan. They are helping them with the end-to-end transformation on both academic and non-academic fronts.

- To support the delivery of this engagement they would like to onboard a strategy consultant on the case. They are looking for someone with prior experience working on strategy projects in the consulting industry.

- The consultant would be required to support the team in the end-to-end transformation of both academic and non-academic sides.

- On the academic front, the consultant would be required to understand the kind of curricula that would be created for these courses, and the people required to deliver these courses and thereby suggest ways to bring in growth while keeping in line with the vision of the institute.

- On the non-academic front, the consultant would be required to support the overall operations & placement management, policies and governance.

Below summarizes the additional responsibilities of the consultant :

- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying a project management framework for their effective delivery

- Present findings and recommendations to clients

- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance

- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management

- Manage the overall module while working with the rest of the team

Experience Required :

- 2 to 10 years of experience in the consulting domain

- A post-graduation degree

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 5-months contract with a high possibility of a contract extension. The consultant will be required to be on-site from Monday to Friday in Udaipur and will be provided flybacks to the base location over the weekend.
