Strategy Consultant - Consulting Firm - Contractual - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a strategy consultant to support them on a sales transformation project. They are looking for somebody with experience in plant cost optimisation.

Responsibilities :

The consultant will be embedded in the project team and will be working on a turnaround for the plant. The overall objectives of the project are to increase profitability, equipment effectiveness and quality control.

- Standardizing, simplifying and rationalizing processes

- Identify areas needed for improvement and liaise with the stakeholders to close off any gaps vs. budget/target

- Process mapping, optimisation and improvement tracking

- Analysis of process deviations and identification of actions to mitigate

- Effective project management

Experience needed :

- 3-5 years of experience in consulting/industry

- A post-graduation degree from a top tier university is mandatory

- Candidates currently based in/near Udaipur would be preferred

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 9-month contract. The project is based out of Rajasthan and frequent travel will be required.
