Strategy Consultant - BFSI

Exp - 3 to 6yrs

MBA from Tier-1 college

Work mode - Hybrid (Work from office for 2 days)

Preferred Experience:

- Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, effective communication and robust proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

- Experience in working with/at a shared services center or global knowledge process outsourcing firms

- Hands-on experience as any of the following:

- Operating model transformation projects across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement)

- Shared Services Design & Build

- Outsourcing Strategy

- Contracting & Negotiations for Managed Services or BPO contract

- Location Strategy

- Fair understanding of the Global Business Service strategies to drive cost reduction and identifying efficiencies through transformation

- Fair understanding of defining location strategy for clients, assessing locations based on identified critical location factors, coordinating/conducting site visits and presenting recommendations to client

- Understanding of operating model transformations, feasibility of shared services / outsourcing and navigating through the end-to-end design and implementation journey

- Ability to develop financial models and business cases that support the recommendation

- Understanding of finance processes and IT operations

- Project management experience (either leading or supporting)

- Ability to understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client's business

- Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach, process and operations analysis, processing, and analysis of large financial and non-financial data sets

- Ability to map and document current state and future state processes

- Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholders
