- Candidate should be from Top universities / colleges only

- You should have more than 80% score throughout from 10th to graduation / post graduation

- Experience in data collection, analysis and elementary problem solving identifying client problems, defining data needs and uncovering ways to capture and synthesize information

- Actively participates in the team to develop complete and holistic solutions for clients

- Involved in all firm activities including team building, capability enhancement and training

- Exposed to a broad range of clients & industries

- Experience in performance Improvement, balanced scorecard

- Exposed to a broad range of clients & industries

- Should have catered to industries such as Agri Business, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer & Retail, Education, Energy & Power, Engineering and Capital Goods, Infrastructure, Metals and Ores and Pharma
