Responsibilities

The incumbent will be expected to manage a project end-to-end, thereby playing an active role in all aspects of outcomes delivery, client engagement, and professional development of the team.

You will work closely with government departments and impact- oriented organizations to drive transformations in domains like education, agriculture, environment, skill development, digital service delivery and health.

You will get complete ownership of your work to identify the problem (diagnosis), strategize the solutions (design) and support the implementation (execution).

Your day at the organization may include (not limited) the following:

- Diagnosing challenges and designing possible solutions: Breaking down the problem statement, analyzing data sets to diagnose the potential gaps to solve

- Brainstorming with team and partners: Problem solve, plan and decide on the deliverables and next steps with your team

- Field visit and beneficiary interaction: On-ground interactions with partners/beneficiaries and any other stakeholders, as required

- Stakeholder management: Attend meetings, discuss progress and coordinate with stakeholders to align on program objectives and next steps

- Team management and program planning: Lead and manage your project team to make sure the team follows set timelines and achieves program objectives

- Organization building activities: Participate in organization building processes, prepare for monthly social and lead new initiatives at the organization.
