Strategy Consultant

Job Responsibilities :-

Preparation of financial model detailing to determine the financial viability of the business

Suggesting a roll out plan to the clients, by analyzing companies on functional & quantitative basis, after a deep market study of the industry.

Preparation of a detailed strategy presentation proposing a sustainable business model, and detailing the opportunity assessment, readiness assessment and capability development of the brand.

Managing the consulting projects from start to end, including coordinating with various teams for final client deliverables (legal, marketing and operations manual) to ensure smooth closure of the project.

Preparation of business plan and budget at the depot level & monitoring performance v/s budgets.

Designing MIS to facilitate business performance at various depots.

Preparation of cost center wise statement of profit and loss and analyzing margin.

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction.

Preparation of various sales reports for analyzing and summarizing data & trends and variance analysis.

Undertaking promotional activities as per the budgets assigned, tracking performance and taking corrective measures, when required.

Evaluating the impact of introduction of new promotional activities and strategies at the depot level.

Salary Range: Max Rs 13 Lacs
