Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic plan.
- Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, market niches, and potential partnerships.
- Develop business expansion plans and contribute to market penetration strategies.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial impact of various strategic options and provide recommendations.
Risk Management:
- Assess risks associated with insurance products, operations, and market conditions.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
