Strategy/Business Analysis & Sales Role - Media Firm

Seeking profiles for Regional circulation assurance position with Hindustan Times Media. We need people who can look at data, analyze and identify trends and have done some business analysis kind of work in the past. Should understand strategic priorities and how to drive/push business levers. Locations will be Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi & Meerut (4 positions)

Profiles who have a mix of sales and strategy/business analysis in their background.

The role is 70% strategy, data mining, data from multiple sources.

Identifying patterns, making hypothesis, solutions, finding trends.

Ability to work with multi-functional teams.

Handover solutions to operations teams to execute. Like a COE role.

Required Skills:

- Very strong analytical skills with good sales exposure.

- Great influencers - getting job done through people who don- t report to you.

- High level of ownership - accountability without authority

Prefer people from- good B School/ strong academic record.

ASM with a good agency/ Brand Managers/ Consultants.

5-8 years of experience.

Should have done some bit of operations.

People from Consultancies (KPMG/PWC etc) who have worked with plants/branches.
