Strategy Associate/Associate Director - Analytics - BFS/FMCG - IIT

As a Associate (Strategy) you will,

Candidates from top 10 IIT's of INDIA

Qualification- B-tech/MBA

Minimum - 2 Yrs experience Required(Analytics)

Experience in Python/mysql/Excel

Salary- 27-30 LPA(Negotiable)

- Drive short- and long-term planning for different operations vertical

- Monitor P&L and lead key strategic initiatives to improve revenues and margins

- Proactive monitor customer centric metrics and lead initiatives to drive improvement

- Support operations in conducting root cause analysis of key issues and provide visibility on performance and improvement

- Conduct analysis to translate data into actionable insights

- Lead pilots against key initiatives identified & program manage the teams for their execution

- Working with product, technology and design teams to align key requirements stemming from the strategic plans; monitoring key developments needed

What to Bring :

- Graduates from top tier IITs with 2+ years of analytics experience

- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and Excel

- Structured thought process and good problem-solving skills
