As a Founder's Office-Strategy & Analytics, you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the Founder on various strategically important initiatives. As an integral part of the team, you will be involved in critical areas such as fundraising, business development, problem-solving, recruitment support, and more.
What you need to do:
- Collaborating with the Founder to build compelling narratives and impactful pitch decks for potential investors.
- Utilizing financial modelling skills to support fundraising efforts, creating detailed financial projections and analysis.
- Assisting in pitching to large B2B clients, engaging in client research, and preparing persuasive presentations.
- Identifying potential business opportunities and contributing to the development of growth strategies.
- Problem Solving and Firefighting
- Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges that arise during the execution of initiatives.
- Analyzing complex problems, conducting research, and presenting actionable recommendations to the Founder.
- Taking a lead role in managing the recruitment process from a process perspective, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Participating in candidate screening and interviews.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project updates and progress reports.
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably with additional qualifications from a good business school.
- 2-3 years of experience in consulting and/or investment banking, with a preference for candidates with a strong consulting background.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling and persuasive content.
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable working from the office at least 3-4 days a week.
- Willingness to participate in stock-based compensation with competitive market-level cash
