Strategy Analyst

We are assisting a leading KPO who is looking to hire – Strategic Analyst for Gurgaon Location.

Mentioned are the required skill sets:

- Post Graduate in Business Administration with at least 2 years of work experience

- Strong exposure in the Business analysis domain. (only in the healthcare or BFSI sector)

- Exposure to consumer marketing and/or risk analysis is a big plus

- Strong problem solving and logical skills

- Strong Academic Background.

Roles & Responsibilities –

- Will play an active role in all aspects of the engagement–from identifying issues to synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement changes.

- Liaise with Client Servicing staff to understand the client problems, requirements and expected solutions

- Understand solutions developed by our actuaries, statisticians and consultants to develop perspectives and insights for the client

- This person would be responsible to integrate data & inputs received from various teams.

- Synthesise the insights provided by different teams into actionable and seamlessly deliver our analytic solutions that can be presented to the client.
