Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategize & implement innovation projects, which will contribute to operational improvements and increase financial benefits for the organization.

2. Defining, designing, executing strategy for new/existing business.

3. Ability to study the existing market base, customer segment and finding avenues for new marked/target customer base.

4. Execute complex process and quality improvement initiatives; report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to the leadership along with recommendations.

5. Develop oneself into a subject matter expert in the process that he/she is managing.
