JOB TITLE: Strategic Analyst

Strategic Analyst

The Strategic Analyst will work with Client Servicing and Delivery Team The Strategic Analyst will play an active role in all aspects of the engagement–from identifying issues to synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement changes.

- Develop detailed understanding of scope of various projects undertaken for different clients, who are major healthcare payers in the global market

- Understand solutions developed by our actuaries, statisticians and consultants to develop perspectives and insights for the client

- Synthesise the insights provided by different teams into actionable and seamlessly deliver our analytic solutions to clients and client service teams

- Derive business insights, solve complex business problems and improve decisions

NEED TO KNOW/REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate in Business Administration with at least 2 years of work experience

- Strong preference for experience in health insurance analytics and an understanding of the key
drivers of consumer value in health insurance
