Senior Level Opportunity for an Advisory role with a large business group. Candidate MUST be from Realty background with corporate strategy and advisory exp.

- Experience with Budget management

- Ability to design & validate Financial Modelling

- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

- Proven success in a project coordination role

- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

- Review and validate all the approvals submitted by the businesses for onward approvals

Experience:

- Strong experience of given business sectors

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Experience in financial valuations

- Pro-activeness to identify optimization opportunities and engage with stakeholders to work towards probable solutions

- Strong ability to understand varied businesses and work with cross functional teams
