Position Title : Strategist - Sales Trader

Grade/Level : Associate

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- FX & Rates Business provides Corporates & Institutional Clients a platform to access the markets for treasury solutions

- Sales traders prime responsibility is to service and acquire Institutional and Corporates clients

- Develop and pitch trading strategies to clients

- To formulate and manage hedging portfolio for exporters / importers clients

- Challenging role, helping sharpen ones skill set

Key Responsibilities :

Managerial Responsibilities :

- Manage trade flows for clients

- Enable dealers on trading and managing strategies

Functional Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisitions

- Client servicing

- Trading in live markets

- Developing trading & hedging strategies

- Analysis of latest developments and trends

Qualifications : MBA or CA

Experience : 1-2 years of markets

Job Requirements :

External :

- Nature or purpose of interaction

- Clients - Pitching trading ideas, Client servicing, market update

- Exchange - For seeking clarifications on products and new developments

- Other Traders - For getting market intelligence

Internal :

- Nature or purpose of interaction

- Risk - Constant communication with risk team

- Back office - For initiating empanelment process and regular follow up on the same
