Strategist - IT/Telecom

Role & Responsibilities:

- Drive yearly BSC planning exercise for Operations group

- Drive Strategic initiatives with respect to Growth / profitability improvement etc.

- Monitor Performance of Delivery BSC and perform detailed analysis of results, where needed closely work with SDUs & other units to improve the performance

- Program Management of reviews performed by president’s office

- Drive projects for Engineering excellence & Innovation

Skills needed:

- Excellent Data Management & Analytics skills

- Ability to work with multi-site, cross functional teams

- Should be able to lead performance Improvement Initiatives

- Excellent customer interaction & interpersonal skills

- Expert in usage of MS office tools

- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills

- Ready to take self initiative, proactive, assertive

- Detailed understanding of Business Metrics, Finance & Delivery Management
