- Identify market entry barriers, risks, and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate challenges and maximize growth potential.

- Develop and implement business expansion plans to enter new international markets or expand existing operations.

- Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, distribution channels, and market entry strategies, such as joint ventures, licensing, or acquisitions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives, ensure feasibility, and establish realistic targets for international market expansion.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, , government agencies, and industry associations.

- Identify and negotiate business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to facilitate market entry and expansion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of international business development strategies.

- Coordinate and support the establishment of local operations, including legal, logistical, and regulatory requirements.

- Assess and manage risks associated with international business operations, including legal, political, economic, and cultural factors.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, medical council requirements, and applicable laws in target markets.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact international business operations.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on market analysis, business performance, and progress towards international expansion goals.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
