- The role holder is responsible for managing the Strategic Business ( relationship size - Rs. 5 Cr.) for the location, with a view to maximize profitability, increase market share, improve operational efficiency and enhance client relationship
Business Outcomes :
- Liaison with Zonal and State managers to formulate the strategies for sourcing businesses and accordingly detail-out the business plan for the financial year
- Build networks and strategic alliances with manufacturers, dealers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Strategic business
- Maintain and enhance relations with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity, growth and collections; expand share of wallet from key customers
- Identify other new business opportunities such as new products, cross sell initiatives, partnerships etc to drive market penetration
