Strategic Program Manager - Media Community Development - Social Media Firm

We are Hiring a "Strategic Program Manager- V - Media Community Development" for a Multinational Social Media Giant!

Job description:

The team is seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain direct relationships with a large number of priority media partners to ensure that these relationships meet the joint objectives of partners and to serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in context of these relationships.

- Manage day to day relationships with media partners to drive their adoption.

- Teach partners the best practices and various tools and products available to grow.

- Analyse partner performance and send them reports and suggest improvement areas.

- Regularly communicate over calls, emails, sms, etc key data and suggestions related to the partner

- Proactively resolve operational issues of partners.

- Be an internal advocate for the partners to suggest changes and best practices

- Own and drive strategic programs touching a large number of partners from time to time

- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with partners, if needed depending upon the program construct.

Skills required:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Strong oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partners/customers

- Experience in designing, owning and driving large scale, complex programs.

- Ability to analyze large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives

- Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas

- Experience of having worked in large cross-functional environments

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives

- Experience of negotiating commercial contracts with partners

Experience/Education:

- Minimum of bachelor degree and 7 years of work experience

- 5+ years of experience in partner-management/consulting roles with a strong execution component

- MBA preferred

This position is located in Gurgaon or Mumbai and will require less than 10% travel.
