Our client is a Top 4 Indian Pharma Giant based in Delhi.

The pharmaceutical landscape is shifting towards data-driven, agile project delivery to accelerate innovation and optimize operational efficiency.

Strategic program delivery is in high demand, requiring expertise in both industry specifics and cutting-edge methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Drive Growth Initiatives: Play a pivotal role in launching new divisions, strategizing product launches, and contributing to the organization's overall success.

- Lead Business-Critical Projects: Own and manage cross-functional projects that propel growth and innovation across the organization.

- Mastermind of Project Delivery: Identify and select key projects, secure departmental buy-in, define blueprints, and collaborate seamlessly with operation and product teams for flawless execution.

- Empower Your Team: Mentor and guide your team, fostering their growth and development.

Preferred Candidate:

- Preference to MBA from premier b-school 2015-2017 experience with a stellar track record, ideally from a top-tier institution (IITs/IIMs).

- Consulting pedigree is a plus: Prior experience with a leading global consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney) is highly valued.

- Sharp as a tack: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.

- Proven leader: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.

- Deep Industry Knowledge: Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally on the commercial side, is mandatory.
