Possessing experience in Market/competitor intelligence (Financial perspective)

MBA (Sales & Marketing/Operations/Strategy/ Pharma) - preferably from premier institutes (Tier 2/3)

- Develop strategy and analyze the business proposals for injectables business

- Research competitor market and analyze the various opportunities and suggest the suitable measures

- Strategic planning for business operations, based on the market analytics, research or data and suggest about the suitable business choices

- Monitor, analyse and measure the industry trends and present the insights

- Trusted partner for the leadership team of the organization for decision making regarding various business operations / opportunities / markets / segments

Responsibilities

- Understand and shape the company's strategy & mission

- Develop strategy and analyze business proposals for Injectables business

- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities

- Assess company's operational and strategic performance

- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall business strategy

- Provide support and insights into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)

- Thought partner to senior executives in making effective decisions

- Construct forecasts and analytical models

- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner, Business consultant

- Understanding of market research and data analysis

- Knowledge of business operations and procedures

- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities

- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

- Excellent communication & presentation (PPT) skills

- MBA in a premier institute
