Strategic Partnership Alliances - Retail Finance

Looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Strategic partnership/alliances for digital retail lending with an NBFC in Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

- Create delightful user experiences by building interfaces that are incredibly simple, elegant, and fun.

- Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.

- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

- Work with product management to define a successful, repeatable design and discovery playbook.

- Work closely with engineering on executional design work, providing on-the-fly input and direction.

- Help build out scalable design practices, including the development of component libraries and design patterns.

- Lead BD for new partners. Own Product design

- Post "Go-Live" scale-up planning

- Deepening relationships with existing partners

- Develop and build partnerships and integrate them with the overall ecosystem. Identify new business opportunities possible with technology investment, challenge status quo and drive data / digital disruption. Ensure that partnerships drive revenue and create a preference for our platform within the partner and the partner's staff

- Drive the partner integration process in collaboration with departments across the company. Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required. Identify different commercial models appropriate for each unique relationship.

- Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events. Manage existing relationships to ensure that the book that we build becomes a profit centre.

- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company. Manage relationships by exploring value addition for our NBFC clients.
