Hiring for the Strategic Marketing Head Role for India's Leading Micro/ Drip Irrigation MNC. Need a candidate well versed with Digital Marketing of Agri Inputs and analytically sound.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KRAs:

Key Result Areas:

- To facilitate budgeting/ Road-map, both, annual as well as long term.

- To develop, promote and lead marketing programs and tools across the Division to leverage Value Proposition and aligned with our Go to Market strategy to meet organizational objectives.

- Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities within SBUs, in liaise with Corporate Marketing Function, with a special focus on development and implementation of Dealers Programs, Demand Creation and Digital Marketing.

- Product life cycle Management.

- To promote and form alliances for mutual benefits with Companies in Agro input sector and other Agencies

- Responsible for Functional Training of Sales and Field Support.

Key responsibilities :

- Territory Strategy and Business account-abilities

- Contribute as a Key member of the India Marketing Leadership team enabling effective decision making across functions to maximize value of assets.

- Lead development of India portfolio strategies to enable profitable market share growth and get consensus on priorities and resource plans.

- Develop and monitor market intelligence, bringing in customer insight into India strategy and marketing plan.

- Manage alignment with Global teams when it is needed.

- Re-assess key priorities to ensure optimal resource allocation.

- Drive pricing excellence (value, portfolio, commercial terms)

- Support field force and CRM strategy Product & Campaign Management Account-abilities

- Ensure robust campaign plans are developed, implemented and reviewed on regular basis

- Accountable for execution of integrated marketing campaigns and monitoring its effectiveness in timely manner.

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Solid Marketing Knowledge

- Rural interface with focus on end customers Channels in country 


- Exposure to Sales role

- Internal processes / governance

- Basic understanding on Business Operations and finance

- Basic Exposure to Micro Irrigation / Agri. Inputs /Agronomy
