Job Location : Nagpur Reporting to : Head - Business Analysis, Growth Projects &amp; Marketing JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE - Responsible for providing deployment support for Commercial Excellence &amp; Marketing programs - Travel - 20% - Job Type: permanent KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; - Opportunity Pipeline Management and Business Intelligence: Responsible for how we build our opportunity pipeline. - Analyse and use market-level data to better understand the current competitive environment; identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets and creating value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in cooperation with marketing and sales team Project Management Support: - Supporting projects that accelerate sales and enable our sales force to win more, sell more and understand the customers more - Centrally Drive &amp; monitor Go-to-Market Projects for M&amp;A &amp; large CAPEX - Support Key Account Management Project - Support Centre of Innovation Project - Senior Management Team support: Senior Management presentations, Commercial Team Workshops, Strategic projects, ad hoc tasks for the function - Marketing: Creating customer-centric marketing material and presentations, along with providing support to the digitalization journey. JOB SPECIFICATIONS : Education and Experience requirements: - Graduate from Leading B-school ( Top 15 ) ( ~ 2 years) - MBA/PGDM: Marketing (Major), Operations/Finance (Minor) - Undergraduate: Engineering preferred however open for good candidate from other streams Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics: - MS Office (Excel/Presentation etc) - GSuites Strong leadership behaviors: - Lead self: Is aware, develops self &amp; is a role model (seeks feedback, takes steps to set the right leadership example, improves personnel performance). - Leads others: Understands the team.
