Strategic Manager - Recruitment - IT Service Firm

Our client is one of the leading IT Service Provider, looking to hire Strategic Recruitment Manager to be based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Development and implementation of HR Strategy and talent management initiatives

- Manage all recruitment campaigns within the organisation

- Employee succession planning and development

- Sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation and recruiting goal development and achievement

- Guiding the end to end talent acquisition strategy for the business lines

- Overseeing overall recruiting and sourcing mission, vision and long term strategy

- Working along with the leadership team in driving accountability, shaping their strategies, supporting department wise growth and development and team alignments

Desired Profile :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in strategic role and leadership recruitment

- Post graduation is mandatory

- IT Services organisation experience is mandatory
