Leadership Role with one of the leading business groups for their Steel business

Reporting to Chairman office

Role involves :

- Development and finalization of regular dashboards and analytics to facilitate informed decision making processes.

- Benchmarking exercises, competition analysis, critical analysis for the formulation of effective finance strategies.

- Providing financial and business leadership & strategic consultation on financial issues related to business initiatives.

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and highlighting variations

- Communicating with CEOs/Business Heads & functional leaders for improving operating performance, operating cash flows and reducing cost/working capital

- Business Cost Analysis and Budget Analysis of MIS

Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant/Management Graduate with 4-8 years of experience

- Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role with minimum 1 year in Steel industry

- Female candidates preferred

Max. Budget - 32lpa

Work from office, 5.5 days working (2 saturdays off)
