Strategic Leadership Role

Leadership Role with one of the leading business groups for their new business initiatives

Reporting to Chairman

Role involves :

- Providing financial and business leadership & strategic consultation on financial issues related to new business initiatives.

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and highlighting variations

- Acting as Change Manager and extending to Chairman & COOs in identifying new revenue streams

- Working as part of Corporate Decision-Making Team and tracking new business performance; communicating with CEOs / Business Heads & functional leaders for improving operating performance, operating cash flows and reducing cost / working capital; developing new business models and conducting feasibility study for new projects.

- Follow up on corrective actions to be taken on the decision taken.

- New Business Cost Analysis and Budget Analysis of MIS

Candidate Profile - First Attempt Chartered Accountant or MBA - Finance from premier colleges
