Strategic Lead/Business Head - Life Insurance

The role involves complete understanding of the Indian Life Insurance space, with good exposure to products and processes. As a Business Head the role holder will have a complete P&L responsibility of the Insurance distribution business for Fisdom. The role holder will be responsible for leading our overall life insurance business development, client and product strategy, as well as, developing specific market plans that will create a robust pipeline for long-term growth in the Life Insurance distribution Practice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead business strategy for Insurance distribution business

- Forge strategic partnerships with leading insurance companies

- Drive innovation through differentiated product offerings

- Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with Insurance companies & internal teams

- Define and implement overall Insurance product strategy, product development and go-to-market plans.

- Develop and manage a high- performance team in support of strategic and growth objectives.

- Define and develop business plans, financial projections, and product positioning across multiple solutions in the Life Insurance marketplace.

- Responsible and accountable for achieving financial goals and managing the Life Insurance Practice P&L.

- Listen to clients and market participants to identify and cultivate new ideas to fuel the growth of the Life Insurance Practice.

- Take responsibility for the overall growth of the category and for customer engagement
