Urgent Opening for Strategic initiatives Role - Leading NBFC - Mumbai

The Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations team is responsible for the following areas:

- Driving the narrative and market positioning of the Company

- Maintaining relationships and open dialogues with both Private Equity and Public Equity investors

- Lead corporate actions such as an IPO, M&A and Strategic Partnerships

- Explore business expansion opportunities, in both India and overseas

- Evaluate new products and services to be offered

- Lead inorganic growth opportunities

- Own all investor and capital markets communique

- Develop and monitor a long-term strategic roadmap

- The role requires a dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find outcomes that work for all.

- Support Company leadership in executing strategic initiatives

- Own and maintain investor presentations and valuation models

- Manage transactions and projects by liaising directly with external stakeholders such as Shareholders, Investors, Bankers, Lawyers and Consultants

- Provide internal stakeholders with up-to-date information and research that aids decision-making

- Continually stay abreast of global macroeconomic & sectoral developments to flag any impact to the business from such developments

- MBA would be preferred over CA for the role. Candidates returning from abroad can also be tapped
