Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities :

Align Short Term & Long-Term Strategic Priorities for the business :

1. Develop comprehensive understanding of the business, landscape & business priorities for our long term scale up

2. Scope out business problems across the CEO's office & develop a sturdy recommendation engine

3. Liaise with key external stakeholders for regular business updates

Drive Program Management :

1. Effectively liaise between functions (growth, product, brand) to drive aligned business priorities.

2. Set up solid collaborative cross functional processes for effective project lifecycle monitoring.

3. Bring an outside-in view on ways to accelerate project execution by identifying the right levers and ways to release resources for the same.

Requirements :

- Structured Thinking with Business Acumen

- Work closely with the leadership team to set short term and long term strategic priorities

- Problem Solving : Identify the right tactical and structural problems and collaborate with different functions to delve deep into them and recommend strategic initiatives.

- Process oriented work rigour : Build and maintain optimal cross functional view on important metrics and key initiatives for executing program management

- 2-4 years post MBA experience across consulting, roles at the CEO office at other startups, other central team roles
