Strategic HR Business Partner - FMCG/Pharma - XLRI/TISS

MBA HR 4-7 yrs

We have a foll requirement in Mumbai

MBA HR 2009 to 2012 batches from Tier I HR Inst like XLRI/TISS/SYMBI/NM/MDI/IMI/IIM etc with 4-6 years of work experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner Role, of which she/he should have spent at least 2 years as HRBP for Sales in the FMCG,Beverages, Pharmaceuticals or other Consumer Goods industries.

Should be a strategic HR partner for development, team building, recruitment, performance management & change management for teams.

Commercial Acumen

- Exceptional interpersonal skills,communication (both written and oral),presentation, influencing and conflict management.

- The incumbent must understand the business units being supported and will need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate Sales business plans into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.
