Strategic HR - BFSI

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in HR- Strategic HR role based at Delhi/NCR .

Required experience of 11-15 yrs with full time MBA .

Role involves:

- Supporting in developing the HR strategy by interacting closely with Sr Management in HR & Stakeholders

- Responsible for development and implementation of HR policies and to develop innovative solutions to complex issues and problems

- Responsible for ensuring that all HR headcount is met.

- Ensure adherence of processes and will be handling Multi functional role

- Responsible for organisational development and developing strategies for the organisation.
