Role - Strategic Head - Life Insurance Business

Exp- 7 years +

Location - Bangalore/ Mumbai

KRA-

- Lead business strategy for Insurance business

- Forge strategic partnerships with leading insurance companies

- Drive innovation through differentiated product offerings

- Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with Insurance companies & internal teams

- Define and implement overall Insurance product strategy, product development and go-to-market plans.

- Develop and manage a high-performance team in support of strategic and growth objectives.

- Define and develop business plans, financial projections, and product positioning across multiple solutions in the Life Insurance marketplace.

- Responsible and accountable for achieving financial goals and managing the Life Insurance Practice P&L.

- Listen to clients and market participants to identify and cultivate new ideas to fuel the growth of the Life Insurance Practice.

- Take responsibility for the overall growth of the category and for customer engagement

Job Specifications:

- The role holder will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

- Extensive travel maybe required- typically 10-25% within India.
