Academic Background: MBA in Finance is Mandatory from a Tier-A/B institute

Location: Gurgaon/ Delhi

Experience: 3-5 years

Compensation: 10-14 lacs

Preferred from Any sector industry.

Competencies : Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, Strong conceptual and hands-on project management skills, Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making long-range strategic decisions related to human capital.

Knowledge and Skills required:

- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Skills in planning, analysing, and coordinating activities and establishing priorities.

- Skills in problem solving and decision making

- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point is a must
