Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Strategic Content Manager. As the Strategic Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and enhances the overall learning experience for our users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute a robust content strategy aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.

- Identify key themes, topics, and educational trends to guide content creation.

Content Planning and Creation:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to plan and create high-quality, engaging, and pedagogically sound educational content.

- Ensure content is aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

Innovative Content Formats:

- Explore and implement innovative content formats, such as interactive videos, simulations, and gamified elements, to enhance learner engagement and retention.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of content across platforms and products.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular quality assessments of educational content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to quality standards.

- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve content based on user engagement and feedback.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Leverage data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions regarding content performance and optimization strategies.

Market Research:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform content strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead a team of content creators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the content team.
