An Entertainment Limited company, runs the first of its kind - International Quality Integrated Entertainment Destination built on 200 acres of land. The destination comprises of a Theme park, Water Park and Hotel. The company has recently been listed on Indian Stock Market and has an enterprise valuation of - $400 Mn and a revenue of $35Mn in FY15.
For their expansion program, they are planning to set up a 3 to 4 member
Strategic / Projects cell which will work closely with the CEO on :
- Strategic and operational issues across the business.
- The work would be centred on new areas of business build and incubation, driving disruptive growth and pushing long term transformation across various business .
The profile description for the team is as given herein below :
- Candidates at Mid-Management level directly reporting to the CEO or Chief Sales Officer
- Candidates from Tier I & II Business schools such as NITIE, S.P Jain, MDI, Narsee Monjee or in Similar league
- Candidates having 3 - 5 years relevant experience in consulting and /or sales and marketing
- Candidates who have worked with consulting firms like KPMG, E & Y, Delloite, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Tata Strategic Management Group or working in S & D roles in Marico, Dabur, Godrej, Asian Paints etc.
- CTC around 25 - 30 lacs depending on experience.
- The candidates would be working from the Mumbai office
