The Role

- International / Domestic Business development

- Develop new clients & Key accounts across sectors

- Secure job orders from new and existing clients

- Actively develop market knowledge to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation

- Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in business

- Use marketing tools to generate business & develop current / future client relationships

- Develop and maintain an effective database and Use marketing tools to generate business

- Stay focused on targets and maximize revenue generation for self and business Stay focused on the Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Drive delivery from start to finish

- Collaborate with Antal offices across the globe to maximize shared business Determine the business development strategy for the organisation

- Explore, Identify and Evaluate Strategic Growth Opportunities

- Facilitating development of annual strategic plans

- Identifying, tracking, and communicating key trends across markets, industries, and competitors

- Marketing the company for business growth.

- Development, monitoring and measurement of key initiatives and targets that drive and maintain business growth

- Responsible for the development and execution of the business development strategy

- Interaction with clients and partners w.r.t pipelines

The Person

- 2-5 yrs of exp in sales/BD having discipline knowledge of any of the NON IT sectors like FMCG, Auto, Pharma, Real Estate, Logistics, Manufacturing etc
