Strategic CFO - Fintech

Our client is a fintech lender focused on rural India. The venture is well-backed and funded by marquee global investors. The group comprises an NBFC with a large Agri/rural loan book

Responsibilities :

- Act as a strategy business advisor guiding a company's long term financial strategy.

- Evaluate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities to create shareholder value.

- Expertise in Fund raising and Investor Relations.

- Communicate organisation's financial and business information to the investor community.

- Oversee the organisation's controllership and financial reporting functions.

- Drive forecasting and budgeting to align the finance function with the strategic vision of the business.

- Manage risks by taking an integrated view of all the various uncertainties that exist across an organisation.

- Ensure all group entities comply with relevant regulations

Requirements:

- 15+ years of finance experience - with a background in scaling up businesses and leading teams.

- A Master's Degree in Finance / Professional Finance Qualification / CA.

- Seasoned professionals with Startup / Fintech/ BFSI experience will be preferred.

Location : Mumbai /Pune

Reporting to the Founder.
