Strategic/Business Transformation Head - Family Business - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Our client is a diverse business group with the business interest in commodity trading (rice, sugar, cashews) edible oil, manufacturing (steel and aluminium products) and stone crushing. They have their presence in Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

- The Strategic/Business Transformation Head will spearhead the management's efforts to achieve the transformation of the company from medium-scale family-owned business to an MNC

- Formalize business process across the group companies and ensure enforcement

-Revamp the organization structure of the company to make it tax efficient while realizing the potential valuation of the group at the highest holding level

- Work with external consultants as well as with other members of the transformation team to realize management vision and goals

- The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and exposure

- Graduate from top-tier B-schools (IIMs, ISB and other global B-schools or High Ranking CA with article-ship experience in an MNC

- 3+ years experience working with top management consulting firms (eg: Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, etc.)

- Experience in setting up a new or transformation of a company or its business vertical

- Candidates presently working in Dubai or recent experience in Dubai would be considered.
