The Business Head shall head its Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, Analytics, Sales and Account management with the business objectives and providing an overall strategic direction to IT & Digital Businesses. Should be aligned with the mission and focusing on building a better services and product for the customers. Ready to take new challenges and navigate high growth as the company grows. To set the milestones for yourself and hit them. To dictate how you want to work and deliver results.

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer


This position would be based in Gurgaon - India / USA

Business build

- Work closely with the sales team across business development initiatives, RFP responses and pre-sales engagements

- Drive an integrated GTM process along with the BPM team to ensure best of all client pitches

- Drive new thinking on the next set of digital innovations and tech-enabled customer experience enhancements and work with CoE teams to bring these to market

Service delivery

- Manage technology solution delivery, target to grow the current relationship with cross-sell/up-sell of other product/services in the portfolio - Establish and Coordinate systems that supports sales or other relevant functions to clearly identify and communicate account related issues/opportunities and the development of appropriate solutions

Capability build

- Develop new value proposition through identification of new business opportunities that has key focus on new products/services which optimize starting point and capabilities

- Drive the talent management effort for Technology, including hiring, developing, training and retaining a best in class team spread across geographies

- Develop & manage Technology Alliances in line with the strategy with 7-8 key partners & other niche players with strong focus on joint GTM

Key Responsibilities:

- Services to be focused around Analytics and Automation in Travel and High Growth Tech area - key focus areas for the company

- Consultative selling experience & managing Client Relationships

- Hands on experience in managing large scale complex analytics and automation engagements

- Entrepreneurial mind set, Global Exposure

- Open to international travel

- 20 or more years of experience in IT services business in the US & Europe

Assignment for a period of six(6) months
