Job Role:

- New Business Development for customized "work force solutions"

- Concept selling to potential clients

- Manage P&L of the entire Business Unit

- Involves Travel (Pan India)

- Team Building from Basic

- Coordinating closely with Client & internal team

- Ensuring timely deliveries as per Clients Requirements

- Self-Motivated and Self Driven

Desirables:

- MBA/PGDM (Full Time) from Tier-1 College/Institute

- Preferably from "Service Sales" or "Concept Sales" profile

- A Consistent Performer and an Achiever

- Should be ready to take up challenge as - IC (individual Contributor) Role - and build up a Profit Center
