Job Description:
- Generate your own business - use sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from clients' companies;
- Deliver global standard of professional service to your clients using our extensive tools and methodologies;
- Creatively source and network with professional & highly skilled individuals;
- Work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task;Market research and industry trends and updates to clients and candidates .
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process viz. headhunting, screening, interviewing and coordinating with clients and candidates
- Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
- Present right recruitment solution to the client and handle fee objection from client.

- 3-6 years in corporate sales / Business Development/ leadership hiring.
