- Help find and buy data on stakeholders in the market

- Ideally want the see the market shares of companies in the different parts of the circular chain by geography

- Map stakeholders in the different parts of the circularity chain across geographies

- Map and profile key companies in each of the parts of the circular market

- Profile companies that may have strategies that could form part of what we want to do

- Create strategy profile of selected companies

- Profile how Gov't policies etc. have evolved across key markets and what the scenarios are going forward

- Find out if there are any companies with interesting business models in the market.

- Help put together an list of potentially interesting companies to buy and profile them

- Build a stakeholder map of the market that we can update each year

- We may want the analysts to be good at calling up people to help gather either market or stakeholder information. They may need to talk to industry associations and other equivalent groups to gather information.

- The goal at the end of the process will be to have the best and most insightful understanding of the market and stakeholders at the macro level. This is a core foundation for setting strategy. This information should also be very complimentary to what you have collected at the detail level.
