About the job : Manage end-to-end relationships for both new and existing partners of movies entertainment Category. This would include initiating, pitching, nurturing and growing relationships with different partners, contracting, billing and deal closure Key Responsibilities : - Identify and develop new alliances with strategic partners for the category - Generate leads from brands, agencies, studios and merchants for upcoming projects and pursue them for partnering on promotional campaigns - Identify new/ up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities for existing partners/ studios and build relationships to become their trusted partner. - Sell Paytm Marketing inventory to Studios for their upcoming films, trailer/ song launches in sync with the targets assigned - Evaluate and track campaign performances and maintain reports - Regular communication with partners/ studios to influence and develop relationships, intelligence sharing, and co-promotions including traffic diversion to Paytm - Proactive about problem solving and taking initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge - Co-ordination with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, design etc.) for end-to-end campaign management; contract and billing closure wherever required Requirement : - Experience: 3-5 years working with production houses - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
